Welcome to our private lesson! Every class is 90 minutes and charged monthly. Please confirm with our Admin about class dates and time prior payment. Enter the proper quantity for your lessons of the respective month. For example, 4 classes in month, please enter 4 for quantity when checkout!!

Student Class Cancellation Policy

To ensure our 1-on-1 client’s flexibility and the teacher’s benefits, we would like to explain our cancellation policy. The eligibility for a refund is determined by the following scenarios:

1) Notice of cancellation 24 hours prior the lesson. A 100% refund will be issued by deducting from the next month’s payment.

*limited to 1 lesson for every 4 classes per class

*limited to 2 lessons for every 8 classes per class

2) Notice of cancellation less than 24 hours to 3 hours before the lesson. A 50% refund will be issued by deducting from the next month’s payment.

3) Notice of cancellation less than 3 hours before the lesson or no show. No refund will be issued.

All contact time of cancellation through WhatsApp is based on Hong Kong time zone.

為保證客人彈性需要和保障老師利益，所有取消課堂均不設補課，並以退款方式對應，以下是私人授退款規則：

*每月四堂的客人，上限一次

*每月八堂的客人，上限兩次

1） 課堂開始24小時前通知，該課堂100%學費退款（翌月的學費扣除)

2） 課堂開始24小時內至3小時前通知，該課堂50% 學費退款（翌月的學費扣除作）

3)   課堂開始3小時內通知或沒有聯絡，該課堂0%學費退款

所有通知時間，均以WhatsApp聯絡時間（香港時區）作準。
